Biography

In 2006 the story of Andomat 3000 begun, the collaboration with his friend Jan originated in this year. Since then Andreas Wiegand aka DJ Mahatma was an enthusiastic hard techno-DJ and producer, who freshened up the hard techno scene with his innovative and inspiring sound … hard, powerful, unusual, absolutely sloping arrangements, sets and productions. However, the love for music makes him going different ways and he is never afraid of changing. He worked and played around in nearly every music genre, and then suddenly, as Andomat 3000, he succeeded without contemplating with the releases on Cadenza Records.
Still Andi’s core principle is to keep the music funky. Andomat 3000 produces body moving, amusing and individual house music. Music production and performance is his main interest - the creative process as well as the intense atmosphere of playing live in the club.
